August marks the end of summer—always gone in a whirlwind; never feels like any lazy summer days are allowed. I have no complaints though, as it was filled with numerous catching up sessions with old friends and new, delicious eats, and celebrations (notable being Fran & Teho's engagement, Joyce's bachelorette to Vegas, and my birthday – cheers to the last year of my 20's). The hottest month this year left us with many memories, but also longing for cooler temperatures and new beginnings ahead.
